January ¡¤ 2007 annual meeting of work summarization and commending opened.
February ¡¤ With Secretary Wu Jianmin of Songjiang Industry Management Committee, Sun Jianping, the district
       head of Shanghai Songjiang, visited Sinyang staff and gave appreciation highly.
    ¡¤ Silicon material technology proseminar and relative information training about PCB board were held
       by Technical Center.
    ¡¤ Sinyang got the award of ¡°2007 Chinese Semiconductor Product and Technology Innovation¡±.
    ¡¤  Leaders and experts group of Chinese Semiconductor Industry Association visited Sinyang for work
       survey.
March ¡¤ Shanghai Sinyang exhibited at SEMICON China 2008. New products of Sinyang shown caught
       conventioners¡¯ attention.

 ¡¤ At the Shanghai Science Technology Award Committee, our ¡°Deflashing Solution for Surface
      disposal of Integrate Circuit¡± was appraised the 3rd class award of Shanghai Science Technology
      Advancement.
    ¡¤ New workshops at Songjiang were set up and put into service formally. Company leaders and the
      other departments moved in all.
May ¡¤ Shanghai Sinyang celebrated for the new workshop completion and the celebration of setting up  ¡£
    ¡¤ Shanghai Sinyang Semiconductor Material Co., Ltd. About 100 guests attended the great celebration
      who came from Chinese Semiconductor Industrial Association, Shanghai IC Association, some

January ¡¤  SYT 843 (pure-tin) plating additive and SYD 712 deflashing solution have obtained the name of
       ¡°Shanghai Excellent New Materials¡±.
March ¡¤  Shanghai Sinyang Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd held the land contract signing ceremony for the
        533 acres. Our board president Mr. Wang FuXiang signed the land contract with Mr Fan ShiYun of
        the Song Jiang Land Management Board.
August ¡¤  Shanghai Sinyang was appraised by the Shanghai Industrial and Trade Board as AA grade
        creditability. Sinyang was also cognizanced to be ¡°Excellent Contract Observer and Trustworthy
        Company with High Creditability in year 2005-2006¡±.
October ¡¤ First Copper Sulphate contract sighed with Asia Union Electronic Chemical Crop. in Taiwan.
November ¡¤  Sinyang obtained the third Shanghai Technology Enterprise Creativity Price in the Red Flag Cable
        Cup.
November ¡¤  The electroplating line (High Speed Circular Electro-Plating Line) of Shanghai Sinyang Electroplating
        Equipment Co., Ltd was named the project of ¡°Technology into Industry¡± by the Shanghai
        Government.

June ¡¤  Lead and Cadmium Containing with high phosphorus and medium phosphorus nickel chemical
       products were launched into industrial applications.
October ¡¤  Corporation cultural philosophy and framework of Sinyang was established. Enterprise culture
        development obtained important results.
November ¡¤  Song Jiang new factory site foundation was laid.
December ¡¤  Self-developed electro-deflashing solution SYD712 obtained the A grade certificate of technology

Feberary ¡¤ Our third generation of high pressure water jet for deflashing process, which is designed
    independently, launched the market.

      equipment (ED WaterJet) launched in the market.
August ¡¤ The first self-designed, self-manufactured Tape Cleaning Line ( of roll to roll degreasing equipment)
       launched in the market.
October ¡¤  Lead-Free technology and products, was identified as Shanghai Hi-Tech A Grade projects (world-
       leading technology)
November ¡¤  Copper interconnects plating solutions SYS201 successfully developed and ULSY wafer dicing
       Solution SYS102 were successfully developed and launched in the market.

March ¡¤  Our self-designed, second generation of high pressure water jet was launched in the market.
June ¡¤  Our self-designed, second generation of high-speed auto-production line was launched in the
       market.
November ¡¤  Sinyang¡¯s products was in outer space with the spacecraft ¡°ShenZhou No.5¡±. Many of products had
        shown to be world-class.
December ¡¤ Our self-designed rack-plating auto-production line was launched in the market.
December ¡¤  SYT series completed its set and it provides all the chemicals for lead frame electro-plating. All the
       products were developed and manufacture by ourselves.
December ¡¤ Sinyang Obtained Quality Management Certficate ISO9001:2000 by CCIB.

  Year 2002 -- Memorabilia
June ¡¤  Our first self-designed High Speed Circular Electro-Plating Line was run successfully and approved
        by the customers.
July ¡¤  Jiang Qiao new factory was successfully built.
July ¡¤ Sinyang moved into Jiang Qiao factory. At the same time, Shanghai Sinyang Chemicals and
       Shanghai Sinyang Electro-Plating Equipment were merged into Shanghai Sinyang Electronic
       Chemicals Co., Ltd.
July ¡¤ Lead-free (pure-tin) plated samples passed the qualification test by the customers.
October ¡¤ Sinyang¡¯s first lead-free (pure-tin) electroplating line was started and launched into mass production.
November ¡¤ Office in Guang Dong estabilished.
December ¡¤ Sinyang¡¯s sales total achieved 20million RMB.
